2 Bedroom House with Laundry, Ocean View and Guest Services
Located in the hills of Point Grey, our house has the most amazing view of the city from balconies and especially roof deck! We custom built this house from the ground up and we've made sure to squeeze in as many windows and balconies as possible to take advantage of view. Both bedrooms in laneway have a full size balcony for our guests to enjoy the Vancouver sights.
Guests can enjoy the amazing views from the laneway house’s private roof deck and watch firework events, on New Year’s Eve, Canada Day (July 1st), and Halloween (October 31st), as well as the summer for the annual Celebration of Lights international fireworks competition (for the schedule, please refer to the Celebration of Lights website).
Both bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor along with a full bathroom. One bedroom contains a queen size bed (can fit up to 2 guests) and the other bedroom has 1 double bed (can fit up to 2 guests) and 1 single bed (for 1 guest). The living room is also furnished with a convertible queen size sofa (can fit up to 2 guests). The powder room (half bathroom) and fully equipped kitchen (includes dishwasher!) are on the main floor.
Guests will have access to the entire laneway house including washer and dryer unit in the back. Sorry it's a brand new house so strictly no pets and no smoking.
We also offer cars available to rent. We have a 2022 Tesla Model 3 sedan and a 2019 Ram 1500 pickup truck available to rent. Enjoy a 10% discount on car rental if combined with airbnb booking. Please contact us if you are interested in bundling a car and accommodation rental.
Base rates for 5 guests are as follows:
April-August: $350/night(check out special discount offers)
September-March: $250/night
For each additional guest, add $35 per person, per night.
Point Grey is home to the University of British Columbia. Our place is only 10-block walk away from the lovely beaches of Jericho and Kitsilano.
We are also minutes away from the lively neighborhoods of West Broadway and Kits' 4th Avenue. West Broadway is home to Greektown and 4th Avenue is just one of the trendiest neighborhoods in the city! Tons of good eats around ;)
We are located near the #9 or #99 B-line bus stops (on Broadway), #33, #25 and #7 bus stops. From here, it is a 5 minute bus ride to UBC and it takes about 30 minutes to transit downtown via #99 B-line bus and Canada Line Skytrain (@ Broadway-City Hall Station on Broadway and Cambie).
