This 3 level luxury townhome is conveniently located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood in West Ocean City within walking distance of several area bars, restaurants and marinas. In addition, you are just a short drive from the beaches and attractions of downtown Ocean City, historic Berlin and multiple golf courses.
The main entry of the townhome is street level with driveway parking for 2 cars. Stairs and an elevator are located just off the entry for convenience. The bottom level also features a living room (Queen Sleeper Sofa) with walk out to backyard, a bedroom with double bed, tv, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Sand toys and beach chairs are provided for your use.
The master suite and 2 more bedrooms are located on the second level. The master features a king size bed, tv, walk-in closet and large covered porch with comfortable lounge chairs and gorgeous views of the water. The spacious master bath boasts a rainhead shower, 2 separate vanities and water closet. 2 additional bedrooms have tv’s and ensuite baths, one with walk in shower and one with tub/shower combo.
The spacious main living area, dining and kitchen are located on the top level. The large open concept space with cathedral ceilings and ample light is the perfect gathering space. The owner has provide a variety of games and books for your entertainment. Cuddle up in front of the gas fireplace during the cooler months. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and features stainless appliances, gas stove with griddle top, dishwasher, toaster oven, blender and Keurig. Enjoy your meals on a covered outdoor porch with seating for 6. There is also seating for meals inside at the kitchen island for 3, dining table for 6, and another counter height table with seating for 3. In addition, there is a custom built wet bar with ample counter space and a beverage fridge to keep your drinks cold!
Assateague Overlook is the perfect getaway for families, couples or even guys/girls weekends!We kindly ask that you bring your own towels and linens or arrange a linen package through the Property Manager.
