Beautiful villa on a corner lot, right next to the huge communal swimming pool with beautifully landscaped gardens and lawn. Located in a residential area, so a very quiet and safe environment, especially if you are here with children. Because this detached villa is just next to the pool, you can keep an eye on the children from the garden or sun terrace when they play at the pool. Inside the house has a spacious living room with sitting area and dining area for 6 people, a semi-open kitchen in L-shape with every comfort and a utility room with washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower cabin on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 2 more double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, and bathroom with bathtub and a beautiful terrace / solarium with views of the mountains, the surroundings and the swimming pool. Next to the house there is a south-facing garden that also offers a full view of the swimming pool and communal gardens. In the secluded private garden behind the house you can fully relax and enjoy all the good things that Spain has to offer. It is possible to find a spot in the sun or in the shade throughout the day. Here is an 6-person dining table with comfortable chairs. There are also four sun loungers that can be used in the garden, at the sun terrace or at the swimming pool if required. There is a driveway to park two cars on site.
