This grand, two-story home offers is in a prime spot in Cape Coral, on a corner lot, on intersecting, gulf access canals and near wonderful dining options. It is within easy driving and boating distance to popular spots such as Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Caya Costa, and more. The lanai is the ultimate relaxation spot with a sparkling, heated salt water pool with an attached spa, an outdoor dining table with impeccable water views, and an outdoor kitchen for group barbecues. There is also a second-floor balcony with additional dining space and wonderful views of the canal and the river. There is also a tiki hut with a dining table, a captain's walk for great fishing and a dock to tie up a boat. The inside of this home is just as wonderful as the outside. The grand living room boasts a huge TV where you can watch your favorite shows while comfortably snuggling on the large sofa and a gas fireplace to keep you nice and warm in the winter months. There is an adjoining seating area where you all can unwind and create everlasting memories together. The spacious kitchen is a cook's dream with all the essentials to whip up tasty meals for the crew. There are 3 master suites. The 2nd floor master has an additional king size pull out couch as well. The bunkbed room also has a trundle bed, along with an XBOX, a WII and a Playstation 3 for the kids to enjoy. Pets are not allowed.
