Vaiven is a set of few luxury apartments that includes the use of common areas such as: large pool, gym, business center, lobby with 24/7 security, internet in common areas, etc. In the lobby you will find a blackboard where class schedules are indicated with good prices (yoga, swimming, aerobics, fitness, etc).
The lobby staff is part of the administration of the complex and they are available 24 hours in case you need any help, or you can call us, we will always be available for anything you need as we will be in constant communication with you before, during and after your stay.
The apartment is in the beautiful PLAYACAR residential, which is 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes walking from the center of Playa del Carmen and the beginning of 5th Avenue. This site will enchant you with its spacious and bright spaces, comfortable beds, vegetation, privacy and tranquility. It is a great place to walk, ride a bike, run, play golf or just enjoy the place as PLAYACAR residential has bike paths, jogging track, golf courses (to use the golf courses you should go to the golf club residential and ask for prices to dispose of it) and a great beach. The beach in this residential is the best beach because it has large stretches of white sand and is not very tourist, because in this area of ​​the beach there are no beach clubs. The area of ​​beach clubs is located in the center of Playa del Carmen (which as we mentioned is 5 minutes by car from this area). The Playacar beach is 3 minutes by car from the apartment or 10 min walking distance
We have an access card to enjoy the Hotel Reef Playacar(located in front of the sea) facilities. With this card 4 (four) people can enter the hotel and use their facilities without being charged (pool, lounge chairs, bathrooms, gym, etc.) , this card only includes access to the hotel but does not include drinks and food. We recommend that if you want to enter the Hotel, arrive early because the Hotel imposes a maximum number of visitors per day. In case you want to eat and drink at the hotel, the hotel provides a discount on the pass per day, the rates vary depending on seasons (ask for those rates at the hotel).
In the condo we have 3 large bedrooms with full bath, we have 2 King size beds, one queen size and a double size sofa bed. The sofa bed is inside in one of the bedrooms and we consider that it can be used by two minors or an adult person, because although it is of double size sofa it will never be as comfortable as a bed. The apartment has a washing and dryer machine iron, hair dryer, dining room for 6 people and a comfortable sofa in the living room to watch TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (coffee maker, microwave, hob, oven, blender, cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc). We also deliver the apartment. with quality sheets and pillows, pool and bath towels, soap shampoo, toilet paper, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and everything you need to make you feel comfortable.
IMPORTANT TO READ: In case you bring a car, it is necessary that you indicate it in advance, as you must rent one of the parking spaces in the condominium garage as there is no possibility to park the car on the street or in its surroundings. This cost will have to be paid upon arrival in cash to us or to the administration of the condominium. The rent of the parking space is 30 USD / 500 Pesos per week or 100USD / 1850 Pesos for one month. If you are going to need space to park it is NECESSARY TO NOTIFY US AT THE MOMENT YOU BOOK WITH US, since there are few parking spaces and we cannot guarantee that they have places available.
IMPORTANT TO READ: The price of the rent includes: water, internet, security. Regarding electricity, 40 kwatts per day will be included for short-term rentals (1-27 days), the excess must be paid in cash at the time of departure at $6 pesos kwatt (credit or debit cards are not accepted). For long-term rentals (28 days or more), you will pay the total electricity consumption, we don’t include any kwatt as you must take into account that long-term rents have a special price and lower than short-term rents. Electricity payment must be made at the end of your stay in cash, we accept pesos, dollars or euros. We do not accept debit or credit cards (no exception).
COMMON AREAS
Vaiven is a condominium with ample common spaces and few condos, which makes it a quiet place. In the pool you can use the common Internet network, as well as in the business center. The gym is equipped with basic but quality equipment, there is a saloon for private lessons and we have security 24 hours also as administration staff at the reception. You will feel like in a hotel. We also have a private internet network within the apartment, only for our guests, so if you want to have more internet speed, we suggest you use our private network. Regarding parking, it is necessary to read the IMPORTANT NOTE that comes in the description of this announcement.
We have other services with extra cost such as:
✪ Transportation to and from the airport. It's in a private van and the cost is much better than what they charge at the airport. Please ask for our rates.
✪ Tours. We have our tour agent, with whom you can ask all questions about places to visit and prices. We have private and group tours. Do not hesitate to consult our rates.
✪ Fridge stocking. In case you require us to make your purchase before your arrival, you will only need to send us the shopping list and we will take care of it so that upon arrival you have everything ready. The payment must be made upon arrival at the apartment in cash (the amount of the purchase ticket is charged plus our service fee of 25 usd / 480 pesos).
✪ Extra cleaning. If you require cleaning during your stay, you can request them and the amount of them will be indicated. Take into account that the apartment is delivered clean and the cleaning of your departure is included, in case you require more cleaning, you must pay for them.
✪ Laundry. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer, but in case you do not want to use them, we can help you with your laundry. Just call us and we will pick it up and bring them clean back to your condo. The cost will be calculated according to the weight of your clothes and you will pay our service fee of 25usd / 480 pesos.
ATTENTION TO GUESTS
Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you through whatssapp, through this application we will coordinate your arrival and answer any of your questions before, during and after your stay. We are available 24 hours a day. The day of your arrival we will be with you to welcome you and explain everything about the apartment. We will always be attentive to what you need but keeping distance so that you feel comfortable.
OTHER ESSENTIAL ASPECTS
Please be careful when walking through the building when you are wet or have left the pool, since the floors may be slippery. We recommend using shoes or sandals that are not completely flat sole.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Vaiven is located in the best residential area of ​​Playa del Carmen called PLAYACAR, we are a gated community,not just in Playacar but in Vaiven also. The area is extremely quiet, safe, full of vegetation and golf courses, which will make you feel relaxed. Playacar has a walking track and bike also around all the residential. Half a block from our condo Vaiven you will find places to eat and buy basic things; We have an OXXO (basic products store) and also a coffee shop, ice cream shop and small restaurants. We highly recommend breakfast or lunch at the BRIOCHE coffee shop, the best pastries and coffee in the region.
ADDRESS
You can move around, by bike, rent a car or taxi; everything will depend on the activities you want to carry out. We recommend that if you use a taxi, ask in advance the rates and if you want to visit other places within the Riviera Maya, you can always use taxis, rent a car or hire tours with transportation included (we can help you with that).
BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER YOUR STAY
1. Remember that we are not a Hotel and we do not have a reception desk/front desk, and we will have to go to the property to open it for you, therefore it is very important that you keep us updated about the accurate time of your arrival flight delays, changes and so on (vía whatsaapp, msn, sms, etc); so we can be there and ready upon your arrival. We don’t want for you to wait for us or we wait for you.
2. We do not have luggage storage service and we do not have a safe room for that, so we can´t either receive your luggage before your check-in time or take care of it after your check-out.
3. Only the number of confirmed guests will be admitted to the property, if more occupants arrive or more people are detected occupying the property we reserve the right not to accept and / or immediately evict all guests without the right to reimbursement in any case. In case of fines imposed by the building administration, YOU will be responsible for paying them.
4. Rent does not include food or drinks. You can always ask for fridge stocking before arrival, in that case, you will pay at your arrival the supermarket ticket plus 25 usd / 480 pesos for the service. No credit card is admitted, just cash.
5. Note: we remind foreign guests that in Mexico pipeline water is not potable, so we recommend you consume bottled water, which can be purchased at any store.
