This two-story home sits less than a mile from the center of Frankfort, a small town with a long history as a logging hub, a ferry port, and all sorts of activities in warm weather and cold. With the Betsie Valley Trail right across the road, you can walk or ride bikes to Lake Betsie, Frankfort Public Beach and Playground on Lake Michigan, as well as restaurants, breweries, festivals, and a market in town.
Part of what makes this home so special is its close proximity to Main Street while maintaining a quiet, rural setting. Take in views of the neighbors' grazing cows in one direction, purchase farm-fresh produce from the neighbors in the other direction, and enjoy a petite apple orchard in your own backyard.
