Charming 5 bedroom custom built Farm House that sits on 1/2 acre located in Northern Colorado Springs, in the Northgate area, just minutes from the US Air Force Academy (USAFA).
The house sits back on walking and bike trails, with beautiful unrestricted mountain views of Pikes Peak and the Colorado Rockies. Quick access to I25, makes it easy to get to any point of interest in the surrounding areas. The house can easily sleep 14 people with the couches in the living room and basement.
The back yard is completely fenced in with a custom built deck with a 8 person hot tub. There is also a dog run built in to the back yard and a huge fire pit as well.
