3 Bedroom Cabin with Air Conditioner, TV and Balcony
My authentic Log home is nestled in the heart of the Catskills and sits at the end of a dead end road for maximum privacy. It is conveniently located near 3 major Ski Resorts; Belleayre Ski Center, Hunter Mountain, and Windham Mountain and is only a 15 minute drive to the town of Phoenicia.
My place is great for families with kids & big groups.
Our cabin has a large open floor plan making it the perfect space for groups to spend time together. You can be cooking in the kitchen on the updated stainless steel appliances while others are watching TV in the living room, playing a game of pool, or enjoying the board games in the loft and all be in one space.
Exterior:
Our Cabin sits on 2 acres of land at the bottom of a dead end street which gives ultimate privacy. We have a BBQ for grilling and our large front porch is a perfect spot to sit back relax and enjoy the sounds of nature.
Common Area:
Large couch sits in front of a wood burning stove (1 bundle of wood included), Pool table, & a TV with Netflix and cable.
Kitchen:
Updated stainless steel alliances, large 2 door fridge, drip coffee machine (coffee included), microwave, toaster, food processor, mixer, oils spices, all needed cooking equipment; pots, pans, utensils, cutting boards, measuring cups, etc, dishwasher & 8 person dining table.
Bedrooms:
Our 3 bedrooms will sleep 8 people and a futon in the loft will accommodate an additional 2 people.
Bathrooms:
2 full bathrooms, 1 on each floor, both with a shower and tub.
Fun & Games:
WiFi throughout the house, Netflix & cable TV , Pool table, Board games (kids & adult), and a second TV in the loft with Netflix and a VCR with kids movies.
Please pay close attention to the address instructions in the self check-in feature before traveling to the cabin. Our address is correct in the listing however google maps has it wrong. Other navigation sites have it correct.
The entire cabin is accessible. We have one closet that is locked.
The basement is locked and not accessible.
My House manager, Kim, is available during your stay for any questions, concerns, or emergencies.
Great location for all your recreational activities. 15 minute drive to Belleayre Ski Mountain and close to Hunter and Windham resorts. 15 minutes drive to the town of Phoenicia where there are restaurants, bars, grocery store, gas station and local shops. Plenty of hiking trails all around the area within a few minutes drive.
We have a large driveway to accommodate many cars.
2 minutes drive (10 min walk) to Panther Mountain hiking trail
15 minutes drive to Phoenicia town (restaurants, gas station, local shops etc)
15 minutes drive to Belleayre Mountian Ski Resort
15 minutes drive to Woodstock brewery

Groups need to be 25 and older per owners discretion
There is no cell reception at the cabin but we do have high speed internet and WiFi that can handle multiple devices at once. You can also turn on the WiFi calling feature on your phone with no difference in service. We also have a landline.
For stays longer than 28 days there is an additional cleaning fee of $75.
1. Smoking is allowed outside only and butts should be disposed of properly.
2. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises.
3. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
4. Please take your shoes off upon entering the house and leave wet items (skis, boots) at the door.
5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
6. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
7. Wood burning stove: Please make sure fire is extinguished before going to sleep or leaving the property.
