The space
2 bedrooms/1 bathroom basement suite complete with a Living Area with a sleeper sofa (full-size that can sleep 1-2 smaller people), convenient kitchenette (includes a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle & dishes/silverware!), desk, & much more!
420 friendly in the outdoor spaces with close proximity to downtown Denver and I70. Would not recommend for light sleepers and those traveling with young children.

Please note, the space can be a bit noisy, with that it is a basement level unit next to the highway. Would not recommend for light sleepers.

You have your own entrance with a self-check-in experience! Your space is separate, so feel free to come and go as you please. To access the unit, walk down the driveway, through the gate. You should see a back door with a keypad. Once inside, head downstairs and make yourself at home.

Other things to note
We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. Guests have full access to laundry. The yard is the only common area, no rules, just being kind and respectful. I am a single dog mom of 2 pups. They're both super friendly and active, always happy to meet new furry or human friends. Please note this is a private lower level suite, and we live in the separate main portion of the home.
