Beautifully appointed and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 1 WC apartment with outdoor space in the heart of St Andrews, just 5 mins walk to the Old Course. The property is a B listed Georgian ground floor corner terraced apartment in a fashionable town centre location which was designed by George Rae in 1847 as part of a four-house block for gentlemen golfers. Parking is free on the adjacent Hope Street.
