We are conveniently located next to all the Walt Disney World parks just 1.5 miles and we have easy access to outlet malls, golf courses and within walking distance to the main 192 route - the world of Orchids and extensive shopping and restaurants line. We are in a 24/7 gated community that offers a lot of recreational activities, nature trails, swimming pool and playgrounds. Summary: The place is in a good location and clean. I was little thrown I assumed that when it says sleeps up to 9 that it would be good, (we are a family of 7 two parents and 5 kids) but after booking I was contacted that their price is based on 4 people so there was an extra fee. For that extra fee I would have expected that there was enough toilet paper for us to last the two weeks we booked (there was not) and bedding for the pull out couches. Not quite enough dishes and towels for 7 people also only left 3 dishwasher pods so had to do the dishes by hand most days that we were there. There is quite a list of things that have to be cleaned by the people who stay even though they charge you a cleaning fee. (Which is a little stressful when you have an early morning flight) the heated pool was very cold did not feel heated at all. I wish they had a list of all the things that are already damaged it felt stressful going through the house to ensure we weren’t charged for existing damage. The kitchen light didn’t work which is annoying when you’re up early trying to get ready for your day. And it was not fixed the whole two weeks we were there. Though I gave it 4 stars, with my size family I’m not sure I would go back.
