Summary: There are so many delights about this place. Kipra has done an amazing job maximizing the space. So much so that I wrote down ideas that I may implement in my own place one day. Almost everyday there was a momma deer and her two babies that would come through the yard. The house is decorated so nice. All of the bedding and furniture are extremely comfortable. I have a remote job that involves video conference calls. I used the kitchen banquette as my workspace. I had zero problems with the internet. It was very strong and reliable. The place is located in a prime location. It is so convenient to anything you would need to go to in Monterey. It is also a very quiet neighborhood. Kipra is also a joy to interact with and quick to respond. I highly recommend this house.
