2 Bedroom House with Parking, Sports and Wellness Facilities
Private entrance bottom unit of the house, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath with kitchenette and living space. No access upstairs - I live upstairs.
Located just 4 miles (7-15 mins depending on traffic) from the center of downtown Nashville, in hip East Nashville neighborhood. The ceiling is a little low, with a height of 7ft. I have had several groups of taller men stay down there with no problem. I do live onsite/upstairs with my two medium/large dogs. From time to time, you may hear them playing upstairs or talking to each other if this ever becomes an issue let me know and I can throw them outside.
Your access to the space faces the large backyard, if you're here in the summertime, you will get the most amazing firefly show! It is a quiet spot, and you rarely hear the cars driving up and down the street. East Nashville Brew Works is a quick and easy walk from the house if you like craft beer and pizza. Crema, Nashville's top-rated coffeehouse, is a 5 min walk as well! I highly recommend both of these spots.
Parking: If you’re driving, pull all the way down the driveway and park beside the green truck. Sometimes I will park my car down below as well, so please don't block the driveway in case I need to leave. Please let me know if there will be more than one vehicle, and I will make sure to accommodate you with the space needed for parking.
The only people allowed in the space and on the property are the approved guests. Unless otherwise discussed with me in advance.
