Positive: Great location, very clean, instruction good.
Negative: For an 8 berth property a bit surprising only one car parking space. Some features needed attention - WiFi link to the outside world failed, so no TV either as that seems to get signal that way. One pull down blind didn’t stay down, and one bedroom window didn’t open as it should (and it was very hot)
Summary: Worked well for our group of four adults, but we didn’t need to be in it for long each day.
