This private single family home has a private queen bedroom suite with a spacious full bath and walk-in closet, 2 full size guest bedrooms with a shared full hall bath, a family room, open layout kitchen and dining room, separate office space, laundry, off-street parking, and a large yard perfect for child's play.
Garage access is not included and the indoor fireplace is NOT for guest use.
This is a comfortable family home that was furnished by the owner's who have 7(!!!) children between the two of them. Expect a cozy and welcoming home that allows the entire family to come together in each of the living spaces or hang out separately in the bedrooms with their own Roku TVs (no cable provided). The covered front porch has two rocking chairs and the back yard has plenty of space for running around or laying in the grass with a blanket and a good book. There is plenty of space to park your vehicles in the private driveway (garage access is NOT included). The indoor fireplace is NOT for guest use.
Our next door neighbor has a couple of dogs that like to bark when entering or leaving our driveway / front yard / front door area. They do settle down once you enter the home, but we like to give this advanced warning just in case.
Car is the dominant mode of transportation and we have plenty of off-street parking in the driveway. Garage access is NOT included.
