La rue de Rome, piétonne avec tramway, permet de rejoindre le Vieux Port en moins de 5 min à pied. L'appartement comprend un salon avec canapé d'angle, table basse et TV, une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée avec une grande table pour six. L'espace nuit offre deux chambres avec lits doubles et rangements, et une chambre avec deux lits simples. Salle de bain avec baignoire, vasque et WC. Proche des transports, Vieux-Port, Cours Julien, quartier du Panier et Gare Saint-Charles.
