Positive: This was our first family stay away from home since having our daughter. It was the perfect setting! The lodge was lovely and the location so so beautiful up in the tree tops. There was a stairgate in the cupboard which was very handy as well! They couldn't have been more helpful when I had questions in the lead up to our stay. We hope to return in the future!
Negative: The downstairs shower could do with some tlc. A couple of tea and coffee sachets would have been nice to settle in with. The map sent to us, the lodge was in the wrong place. What three words for parking was correct but googlemaps doesn't link up. After driving round for a while we went onto finlake website to get a map with lodge numbers on.
Summary: Lovely lodge, hoping to return!
