Hurricane update: There is currently no cage around the pool and terrace. The cage was destroyed by Hurricane Ian. We are trying to rebuild it as soon as possible.
This south facing villa invites you to enjoy the great location on the water with short access to the river. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, this villa is at the end of the cul-de-sac.
The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
The house has an open floor plan with almost 1700 sqft of living space. The living room adjoins the kitchen, which is very spacious and offers everything you need for cooking and also a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules). From the living room you reach the pool area trough the large glass doors which offer great views all day long.
The pool area is big enough for all the pool chaise lounges and a lounge area with TV. The pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. No more irritated eyes. It is big enough to swim some lanes. Enjoy beautiful nights outside in the lounge area with BBQ!
In addition to the good home furnishings you can find beach chairs, a cooler and beach equipment for your trips in the garage. There are also 2 kayaks and a stand up paddle board available to explore the area from the water.
The master sleeping area has its own spacious bathroom. 2 more bedrooms are located on the other side of the house. Both share a modern bathroom with shower.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.
