Welcome to our 5-bedroom home in the heart of Bay View Milwaukee! This is a multi-unit home with 3 separate units that can all be booked simultaneously under one account. This location is within a short walking distance of a number of fun bars, grocery stores, restaurants, and even Lake Michigan!
Unit 1 is a studio apartment with a full bathroom, full kitchen, and living area. The gray sofa sleeper acts as the bed for this cozy abode.
Unit 2 is in the rear of the building. This space has a full kitchen and bathroom. The back unit has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed, and one with a full-sized bed.
Unit 3 is on the second floor of the home. This space spans the entire top floor and has 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds in each. There is a Smart TV in the living room with a large sectional couch and chair, a full kitchen, and a full bathroom.
*All (3) kitchens are stocked with cooking basics (pots, pans, oil, spices, etc.) and a coffee/tea station
*All (3) bathrooms have extra toiletries (Q-tips, toothpaste, makeup wipes, etc.) and fresh towels

Parking spaces (2) are in the rear of the building, off the main street!

- We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.
- Must 21+ to book
- No parties/smoking in the home ($500 fine) If house rules are broken, guest forfeits their right to leave a review.
- NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by host, $100 per unauthorized guest each night).
- $500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This listing is not pet friendly!
- If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
- Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
- We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.
- Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.
