Villa Sabina is situated on the island of Brac, in the peaceful village Mirca and just 10 meters from the beach and the sea. The villa features over 330 m² of interior, decorated and furnished in a comfortable and modern style with spacious outdoor areas and infinity pool offering fabulous views of the sea and mainland. The villa consists of a main house (sleeping 8) and guest annex (sleeping 4) which are connected with porches and terraces. The villa accommodates 12 people and is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday in a peaceful location.

Ground Floor - Spacious living room (SAT TV, A/C, fireplace) and glass doors opening to the terrace/pool. Open plan modern and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and glass doors leading to terrace/pool. 3 x Double/Twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to the garden terrace. Guest toilet/utility room with laundry facilities.
First Floor - Large master bedroom with en-suite and exit to large balcony / roof terrace.
Guest Annex
A second smaller kitchen (dishwasher, oven, kettle, fridge, freezer) with dining area, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Large sea facing covered terrace providing shade over a dining table for 14 and a brick built barbecue.
Pool deck area with a number of comfortable sun loungers and 24 m² heated (end of April to beginning of October) private infinity swimming pool.
