This beautiful large 5500sqft home has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. It has 3 full kitchens, 2 upstairs and one downstairs with dumb waiter access. It has a 45,000 gallon pool and large in ground hot tub which heats in less than 30 minutes. It has a privately shared road with private gate access. A large two car garage with lots of other parking. It has a massive wrap around wood deck from front to back with hotel like stairwells on either side of the home. We had a custom horse shoe pit built and put in. The property has 3 total structures on it which only means the pool/hot tub areas are communal. On the deck there is also a large natural gas BBQ. It is located only a short one minute drive to Big Chico Creek and quick access to all of Chico's shopping. This home is very unique and very private.
