For insurance purposes guests must be 25+ years old to book. The state of Florida does not consider transient rentals as a "residence" therefore the age requirement will be kept. The person booking the stay must be the same person checking in at the property. Violation of this policy will result in immediate forfeiture of reservation and any refunds.
Pets are permitted and limited to 1 dog per stay (50lbs or less). A nonrefundable pet fee of $150.00 must be paid prior to check in. Please contact us to make arrangements.
PET/ANIMAL RULES:
All animals must be housebroken. Please pick up messes from the yard and dispose of them accordingly. No animals shall be left alone inside or outside on the property regardless of whether they are kenneled and must be leashed at all times when outside of the back yard. Please be mindful of excess barking, should we receive a complaint from neighbors regarding excess barking we will reach out to you, if the problem persists you may be asked to end your stay without reimbursement for unused nights. An additional cleaning fee will apply if pet messes are are left. Any damage caused by an animal will be deducted from the security deposit. If damage costs exceed the security deposit amount the guest will be held liable for the total cost of damage.
There is room to park under the carport and in the driveway. There is no street parking, please do not park on the street or block the neighbors mail boxes or driveways.
Upon booking we will require a copy of your photo ID and the full name of each person that will be on the property during your stay.
Please be respectful of neighbors, we want you to have a great time however please be mindful of late night noise.
No smoking of any kind inside or outside on property. An additional cleaning fee of $250.00 will apply should any smoking take place on the property.
We offer contactless check in and check out with a coded deadbolt. Please do not lock the front door knob when leaving as there is no key to it on the property. Should you lock yourself out during your stay and need a key delivered there will be a $25 delivery charge.
Please do not move or reposition furniture or fixtures in the home.
Please do not flush anything other than the provided toilet paper down the toilet. Any damage caused by flushing "flushable" wipes, feminine products or anything other than toilet paper will be charged to the guest. Please do not put food or oil down the sink drain.
