Our property consists of two recently renovated homes that can be rented separately or together for a total sleeping capacity of 12 guests. The first home is a newly renovated 2-bedroom cottage, thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind. Every detail has been considered to create an inviting and chic atmosphere. A wonderful retreat year round, whether enjoying a glass of wine on the deck on a beautiful summer day before jumping off the dock into the crystal-clear pure Michigan waters or cozy up by the warm fireplace after a day of winter activities, or enjoy a home-cooked meal in the well-stocked kitchen while taking in the breathtaking views of the lake. With sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests, it's perfect for a family vacation or romantic getaway.
The second home is our lake-side Loft, a tranquil oasis nestled on the banks of a peaceful all-sports Northern Michigan lake. Completely renovated with modern amenities and midcentury charm, it's the perfect balance of old and new. You'll love the direct waterfront access both homes offer, allowing you to dip your toes in or take the two included kayaks out for a leisurely paddle. With sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests, it's perfect for a family vacation or romantic getaway.
Both homes are located side-by-side on a beautiful lake accessed by a private dirt road, giving you the peace and tranquility you need to unwind. The property is also perfectly situated for those looking to explore all of Northern Michigan's gems. Hop on the nearby ORV trails for an exciting adventure, or head to The Hideaway Bar just 2 minutes away for a cold drink and some local flavor. For the skiing enthusiasts, Boyne Mountain is only a 35-minute drive away.
