We have been working extremely hard to bring you this amazing property with a massize backyard with it's own pier for access to the lake. This is a perfect location for couples or small family getaway. The area is very safe and quiet at night. Our kayak and boat are free to use with your stay. Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you would need to cook a proper meal.

Summary: Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The place is a great size for 2 couples, and was very comfortable and spacious. The location is lovely, in a tree-filled area with lots of birds and deer around. We even spotted a turtle hanging out in the garden. We enjoyed just taking a stroll up the road when it wasn't too hot. There's also a really nice garden on the property. When we visited, there were a lot of aquatic plants all over the lake, which made it not great for swimming, but paddling around in the canoe was delightful. Overall, I'd recommend this lovely spot! A few things that could have used improvement: There was no wine opener, but we bought one and left it for the next folks. The kitchen was not exactly clean when we arrived, there were drips of something down the cabinets and on some of the countertops. The fridge drawers were not clean, and there was food left in the fridge, including raw chicken. I believe their normal cleaner was out sick, so that may have been the reason that things were not spotless in the kitchen. The rest of the house was very clean. Don't expect laundry - the washer and dryer in the garage are not hooked up to anything and aren't usable. There were no hangers in any of the closets. We didn't get any info about checking in until after we texted directly to inquire at noon the day before our reservation. Even with these wrinkles, we really enjoyed the place and would recommend it!
