It has a large deck to relax with your family. This home is only minutes (1 mile) from Lee's Ford Marina and Restaurant which has available boat dockage as well as boat and jet ski rentals. It is also only 4 miles from Pulaski County Park which offers a free boat ramp launch and a public beach.
This home boasts over 1,450 square feet of space including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an eat-in kitchen / dining area. The Living Room includes ample seating for 8 and a 58" smart HD television for guests to access their streaming services. The Kitchen, with new stainless steel appliances, includes seating for 6 at the table and 3 at the breakfast bar. The Master Bedroom with a king-size bed is located on the lower level and has a private bathroom. Another queen and another full-size bedroom on the lower level share a bathroom. The laundry appliances are on the lower level. A concrete patio is also located off of the lower level. An additional queen-size bedroom on the upper level has its own full bathroom off of a main hallway. Free wireless internet is available.
