Gorgeous lake views from almost every room and a flat lakefront yard perfect for yard games and relaxing on the deck, dock, or around the fire pit. This property offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large deck, and a private boat dock. Bring your boat or rent a pontoon or kayaks to experience Lake Sinclair's beauty.
A fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances will make cooking a breeze after a long day on the water. Relax and enjoy meals with family and friends in the dining room with expansive lake views, or sit outside on the deck. A park-style charcoal grill in the backyard is perfect for cookouts.

For your safety, this property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera on the deck facing the dock, 1 on the front of the house facing the driveway/parking area, and 1 on the guest house facing the main house front door/parking area. The cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are motion-activated and will record video and sound when motion is detected.
Boats: if you plan to bring or rent a boat (one motorized watercraft permitted): there is a low bridge that you must travel under to get to our cove. A standard pontoon with the top down or a fishing boat will easily navigate under the bridge. If you have a ski boat with a tower, we cannot guarantee it will fit under the bridge. We have a 20 ft. boat with a tower and have no issues navigating under the tallest part of the span - a bigger boat might not clear. The closest boat ramp is Crooked Creek Marina (10 min boat ride - 1 mile car ride).
Note: The guest house (unoccupied) adjacent to the main house is the owner's private property and is not included in the rental.
