Walk to the boardwalk around the lake, fish from the banks, or swim the Community Pool which overlooks the lake, located within steps of the front patio. This two bedroom condo sleeps 6 (1 King, 1 Queen, and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room). There is a completely stocked Full Kitchen, 2 Full Bathrooms, and a Washer and Dryer. Wireless Internet and Cable Tv provided with Flat Screen TVs in every room including the patio. Enjoy evenings outside at the propane gas Fire Table. Take your own boat or Rent a Boat from the Marina. Visit the Birkdale Shopping area for a very unique shopping experience with a downtown feel. Tons of restaurants close by. 25 minute drive to Charlotte. Stay in and relax or keep moving with all this area has to offer! There is something for everyone including water sports, fishing, golfing, lot of attractions for NASCAR fans, movie theaters and so much more!
Due to Covid-19 we are making sure to do additional sanitizing of entire condo and cleaning all major touch points. We are also blocking off 5 days after guests leave to allow for sanitation.
