This large farmhouse on Lake Michigan can accommodate up to 12 guests in five generously sized bedrooms, including a kid’s room with two sets of bunks. The eat-in kitchen has new appliances and plenty of space for large family meals. Each floor has its own updated bathroom with ample guest storage. Relax in the bright spacious living area on the main floor which has another dining table with lake views, Roku TV, comfortable seating areas, and a nook for puzzles or working from home.
Enjoy outdoor dining on the lakeside or driveway-side deck. The fully stocked kitchen has plenty of dishes and storage, including a coffee pot, tea kettle, toaster oven, waffle iron, and crockpot. The gas grill is just outside the kitchen door. There is plenty of on-site parking. On hot summer nights enjoy the modern AC system.

Looking to get outdoors? The private backyard between the house and the beach is a great place for lawn games.
There are less than 40 steps to the sandy shores of Lake Michigan with views of the Big Red Lighthouse and a walkable beach all the way to Holland State Park. The fire pit and horseshoes are out of the wind on the driveway side of the house in a secluded wooded setting for evening marshmallows and campfire tales. This house also has its own basketball court. Outdoor games, life jackets, bikes, and scooters are included.

THE LOCATION
For those wanting more adventure, Tunnel Park with its beach, dune climb, and playground is a half-mile down the street. The wide beaches of Holland State Park are only a five-minute drive away. The well-kept bike trails of Park Township start at the end of the paved driveway. Downtown Holland is less than 10 minutes away. Grand Haven and Saugatuck are a 20-minute drive.

-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

We had the best time and loved the cottage. It was perfectly stocked with all the items we needed to make our stay awesome. Check in was easy and the check out was a breeze too. We enjoyed the cottage and all the spaces it had for reading, doing puzzles, eating, and relaxing. The waterfront was incredible. The sunsets took our breath away. The bike/walking path was the best, we enjoyed it daily. It was so close to hiking trails, the State park, great restaurants, shopping, and awesome views/parks leading to Lake Michigan. We had a great vacation and would stay here again.
