Recently updated, Boulderview Mountain Escape is an exclusive open concept three-bed two bath townhome + loft, located right in the heart of Big Boulder lake and ski area. This beautiful mountain escape combines both charm and elegance with an unbeatable floor plan complete with a vaulted ceiling; oversized picture windows and a warm and cozy gas fireplace. Relax on the oversized sofa in the roomy living room or relax on the large private outdoor deck, kicking back on the sectional.
The tasteful, modern kitchen features new cabinets, white quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a large counter space and breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, stove top with oven as well as cooking and eating utensils to cook up some delicious meals during your stay. The adjoining dining area provides a large dining table with seating.
Outdoors, guests will love the private deck with table and chairs, BBQ and plenty of room to enjoy that cup of coffee while taking in nature. A large lockable ski closet is provided for your convenience.
The master bedroom downstairs features a comfortable queen-size bed with an in-suite bathroom and big screen TV. Hotel luxury linens (1500 thread count) are used throughout the bedrooms.
