Our home is available for the first time. We are a non profit Boys Ranch for regional events -not residential housing. A wildlife preserve and retreat center with a mile of lakefront on a very private 4,000 acre Lake Yale Umatilla Fla. We don’t believe in crowds in order to enjoy the views ,sunsets, solitude and available sports and activities. We have miles of beautiful hiking trails, and FREE use of bicycles, canoes, row boats, kayaks, paddle boats, large outdoor pavilion for BBQ for your own cook outs and invited friends. Great fishing lake, we catch bass, crappie, catfish. FREE - fishing poles and a great fishing dock. We rent motorized pontoons, power boats and fishing boats.
Our glass windowed home is set back in a natural setting with a view of the lake and open field. We can watch wild turkeys and all sorts of birds and wildlife from every room.
Apart from the couch in the living room with a big screen TV and fire place there is a guest room with a large TV and a full bath, the master with a Spa Tub, shower, toilet and two separate sinks. A king size bed and large flat screen TV, two additional bedroom spaces are being used as separate offices for my wife and myself. Both can be converted to sleeping quarters as well as the open area that leads to the porch deck behind the living room space with another sofa bed if requested. Washer and dryer, coffee maker, all appliances, dishes, linens etc. included. FREE sample of nutritional supplements
We are located 31/2 miles from town, Mc Donald, supermarkets, restaurants etc. and only 10 miles to the mall, movies and all major stores. One hour to Disney and all Orlando attractions and north to Ocala Silver Springs. One hour to Daytona Beach, and an hour and 25 minutes to Crystal River and the Gulf Coast.
