Like a gazebo, the open villa facing the sea overlooks the warm blue waters of the lagoon and the Indian Ocean.
Located 350 m as the crow flies from the beach, the villa thus offers an exceptional and unforgettable panoramic view from the swimming pool, the veranda and the interior of the house. From July to October you can watch the whale show.
Perfectly equipped and with a very neat decoration, the villa of 200m2 offers a wide comfort.
In a quiet area (15 minutes walk from the beach and the city center) on a plot of 600m2, the villa is nestled in a tropical garden where you can enjoy the birdsong and the murmur of the waves on the coral reef .
The private pool has a spacious wooden deck and an arbor.
Cleaning 3 times a week, pool maintenance 1 time per week by a professional and household linen (sheets, hand and beach towels, tablecloths ...) are included in the price.
Regional telephone and Wifi (fiber optic internet) are also included.

- Parental suite (18m2) sea view, air conditioned, 160 bed with bathroom and separate WC.
- 2 air-conditioned garden view bedrooms (10m2 each), each with a pull-out bed (= 2 single beds) or double (140 cm bed) for one of them depending on demand.
- Bathroom, separate WC and storeroom.
Upstairs:
- Large TV lounge (25m2) sea view, open on the stairs, convertible into a bedroom with 2 separate beds.
- Double room (25m2) sea view, air-conditioned, 160 bed (access from the TV lounge)
The garage, adjoining the neighboring garage, is not included in the rental.
RATE:
From 1850 to 3500 euros the week following the period.
Minimum rental period: 1 week (2 weeks for the holiday season).
