- A sitting area with comfortable sofa and armchair, and a flat screen TV. A large french window opens onto the huge raised terrace, and the woodland beyond.
* A double bedroom with large cupboard, bedside tables and lamps, leading on to its private shower room with walk in shower and washbasin.
* A second double bedroom also with cupboards

* A separate toilet completes this floor.
From the living room, a lovely industrial style staircase leads to the first floor:
