The property is about 40 minutes from Midland or Joondalup for shopping and a bit further north is the town of Bindoon home to the very popular and famous Bakehaus Bakery and its local art and craft and the wildflower festival in September.
You will find nearby a number of wineries, restaurants, orchards and attractions to visit and enjoy The Chittering Valley Wine Trail which leads you on a scenic drive to the Stringybark Restaurant & Winery, the Western Range Winery and the Kyotmunga Estate among others.
A bit further away The Maze/Outback Splash will certainly keep your children entertained. The ancient desert sculptures of the Pinnacles as well as the seasonal wildflowers which sit in the Nambung National Park north of Perth are not to be missed.
For those who want a bit more action there are plenty of 4WD tracks in the nearby National Parks and in the sand dunes of Lancelin and much more to see in the well-known Swan Valley.

The house is adequately equipped with 4 bedrooms (5 beds) two bathrooms, spa bath, air-conditioning throughout the house in addition to a wood fireplace. Well equipped kitchen with dish-washer, microwave, large fridge. There are enough plates, glasses, cutlery, pans, pots and cooking ware in the kitchen to accommodate 8 people. The alfresco area features a good size BBQ and large outdoor table and chairs. A large size carport is attached to the homestead with direct access to the game room which features a dart board, social games such as scrabble, chess and poker etc.

A good number of books and magazines are available in the reading room for those of you who might prefer to sit down and enjoy a good book.
A washing machine and a dryer are available in the laundry as well as clothes drying lines and ironing facilities. For those with little ones highchair and a portacot are at your disposal.
Hair dryer, all linen, doonas, pillows, pillow cases, towels, tea towels, bin liners and detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine as well as all cleaning products and wood for the fireplace are provided.
