We have completely renovated this old Creole house while seeking to keep its authentic side (we are often told that we managed, but you will make your own opinion). It includes two bedrooms (one air-conditioned), a bathroom, a living room opening onto a patio or the large terrace (where you can lunch, surrounded by hummingbirds), a fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, freezer, hotplates) , dishwasher) which overlooks the mountain. Upstairs, a huge attic room, very bright, has an electronic piano and a guitar, and serves as a bedroom, library, game room or rest. The rooms are large, comfortable and very well ventilated. You have the entire house and pool salt, not overlooked.
The location (in the center of Guadeloupe) is ideal to shine and the shops are nearby (grocery neighborhood 5min walk, supermarket 5min by car). A fruit and vegetable market is held at 5min every Friday. Quiet area, very airy house, open spaces, sea, rivers and hikes (small and large) nearby. You will appreciate this house for the view, the location and the "atmosphere" that emanates from it.
You can rest in a four-poster bed in the air-conditioned room or in the hammocks on the terrace or upstairs, cool off in the swimming pool and relax in the spa area of the pool.
The linen is provided: bed linen, towels, tea towels, pool towels. This will allow you to lighten your bags and keep room, on the way back, for fruits, rum, etc ...
We also share the garden with our 5 hens that give us fresh eggs every day (ideal for breakfast to start the day).
You will park your car in the closed ground.
We live on the same ground (3000m ²) but the places of life of the 2 houses are not vis-à-vis: your tranquility is assured! If you wish, we like to let our guests discover the charms of Guadeloupe and we give them all the tricks of this beautiful island and our little personal nuggets. We can also offer you detailed maps of all the hiking sites (as well as GPS tracks). We are also available to share a ti punch (or 2 ...).
