Private fishing and boat dock, at your back door. Dock is the entire length of the house and boat slip will accommodate even the largest of boats.
Downstairs has 2 Bedrooms with King Size Beds and private bathrooms for each. 3rd Bedroom is so large, we converted to a Game Room and a Bedroom - has 2 Twin Beds, Double Fouton, Shuffleboard and Flat Screen TV and Full Bathroom. There is also another Half Bath on this floor with easy access for those on the Lanai or at the Pool.
Upstairs is the Main Living Area with beautiful Kitchen . A gorgeous dining table with bench seating allows for most to sit comfortably or extra guests may choose to sit at the bar counter that faces the kitchen. Living Area opens up to a great balcony that overlooks the canal and to Little Bay. 2 Bedrooms on this floor - King Bed and 2 Twins with a Jack and Jill Bathroom between. There is a cute little area for the kids behind the bedroom with twins, for games or even a couple more to sleep. One more Half Bath is located on this floor.
