Summary: It was a pleasant stay for a large family trip. We were able to relax in clean rooms and a beautiful space. Breakfast was enjoyable, as there was an Okinawan style breakfast option. At the check-in counter and the restaurant, in my case, there were staff members who could speak simple English and were kind. But if you want to ask specific questions, it would be better to speak or translate in Japanese.
