This cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located only miuntes to the beach.
The living room offers a large comfy couch and a chair with a large flat screen smart tv. The sliding glass door off of the living room will lead you to the screened in back porch where you can relax and drink your cup of coffee or wine. Off of the screened in porch you will find a fenced in back yard, perfect for kids or privacy.
The large kitchen is perfect for cooking and ready to entertain family and friends with lots of seating at the Island and dining room table. The laundry area is located right off of the kitchen with a washer & dryer.
The master bedroom offers a queen bed with a flat screen smart tv and the master bathroom offers a tub/shower. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed with a flat screen smart tv and the third bedroom offers 2 twin beds and a smart tv. The guest bathroom with a shower is shared between the 2nd & 3rd bedroom.

Maximum of 4 vehicles.
Less than a couple of minutes away you will find grocery stores, plenty of restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, surfing lessons, Shipwreck Mini Golf, Sea Turtle Rescue & Hospital and shopping. You will be located between historic Wilmington and Camp LeJeune/Jacksonville NC.
