Please note that the road is unpaved and consists of loose gravel. You may find it hard navigating the road back and forth.
☆ OUTDOOR ☆
Please do not expect superb cleanliness on outdoor areas such as outdoor lounge. The area is windy and there may be some trashes and bugs can easily get in the pool even a few hours after we clean it if opened for a while also blowing around the area and is out of our control. But rest assured the pool is cleaned before the stay
☆ RESTRICTION ☆
This place is not kids friendly as it’s typically used for events and gatherings, there can be bottle glasses in outdoor area
☆ POOL ☆
Currently the pool is available but no heated spa.
☆ SECURITY DEPOSIT ☆
We humbly ask for security deposit to be settled in before your check in time is required. This deposit is refundable in full or part based on the condition of the property upon check-out. Do not leave children unattended.
☆ OUTDOOR GRILL ☆
Reminder also that the grill located in the backyard doesn't work. We do have a portable grill instead for you to use.
☆ PETS ALLOWED ☆
We warmly welcome dogs to our home, and there is an additional pet fee of $80 that must be settled prior to check-in. Thank you for your cooperation.
☆ NO CABLE☆
Please note that we do not provide cable TV in the house. However, there is a TV available for you to use with streaming services or to connect your devices or use your own account for entertainment.
