Positive: It was a beautiful apartment, clean and had most things we needed . Fantastic views !
Negative: There was no information book about how use facilities , couldn’t find the Iron , it was unclear how to dispose of the garbage. I didn’t realise it was so far up the hill. No fob for the gates , only one set of keys . Communication was slow from the Joivy office . Garage door didn’t lock .
Summary: It was a beautiful place fantastic views of Lake Como
