This 12th floor condo has tons of light coming through the floor to ceiling windows in both the bedroom and the living area, as well as a private covered balcony with access from both areas. The space is private and secure, with comfortable furnishings, laminate wood flooring throughout and modern amenities. Located in a Secure building with elevator access.
Queen bedroom with quality linens and pillows. There is a dresser and closet with plenty of storage for guests personal items. Great views and a glass door that vents and opens to the balcony.
Full bath has a tile shower tub combo and all bedroom and bathroom linens are high-quality and tastefully decorated. Hairdryer, basic essentials and paper products are available for your arrival.
Fully set up kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Full kitchen includes electric stove/oven, Dishwasher, & Refrigerator. Microwave, coffee maker and toaster make eating in, simple and efficient. Dishes, utensils and basic cookware provided for your convenience. There is a kitchen island that works well for extra counter space and doubles as bar seating for (2). Bar area also makes a nice work space for remote working.

The Waterfront Promenade and park nearby, fountains and public art are all around the property with many food, beverage, and entertainment options nearby. Keller Auditorium is a two-minute walk through the park and luxury shopping at Pioneer Place is just two MAX stops away.
Farmers Market at PSU, Saturday Market, Recreational rentals on the Willamette River, Portland Art Museum, Forest Park; Timbers, Thorns, and Trailblazers games are a short distance from this property! No more than 2 hours from the Pacific Ocean, the Cascade Mountains, National & State Forests, Several volcanos, and a World Class Wine Country!
Getting Around:
There is a Tri-Met stop AND Portland Trolley right outside the front entrance. This is a walkable property and Portland Metro is easily accessible on foot by bicycle or utilizing public transportation. Public transportation and UBER is very easy in Portland and possible from this property. Reserved space in secure garage is available for an additional $75 per month. Less than 5 blocks to the PSU campus.
Aerial TRAM is approx.. .09 miles from the property: 3303 SW Bond Ave, Portland, OR 97239 The tram transports doctors, patients, students, & visitors from Oregon Health and Science University's new health and research buildings on the waterfront up the hill to the main campus and OHSU and Doernbecher hospitals.
Other Things to Note:
-This property requires a separate lease agreement and criminal background check to remain in compliance with Oregon Tenant Law.
-This property requires that Tenant abides by HOA rules & regulations. The Harrison West HOA requires that ALL new tenants attend a 15-30 min video orientation. Tenant is required to contact and schedule orientation within 5 days of start of tenancy and attend orientation.
