Positive: We had a great stay at this apartment. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the sea, and the view from the apartment is really beautiful. The building and the whole territory are modern, safe, and very well maintained. There is convenient underground parking, and the area feels clean and secure. The facilities of the building are very good. The pool and sauna are nice, and on the rooftop there are hot tubs and sunbeds with an amazing view. It was a perfect place to spend some time and relax. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and has a beautiful interior. Everything was in good order, and the ventilation/air conditioning worked very well. It is also fully equipped with everything you might need – dishes, utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and even small things like a hair dryer. It really made our stay easy and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were very simple. The idea with the parcel locker for keys is very convenient. We also had to pay a €250 deposit, but it was returned very quickly without any problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall everything was well organized. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a good place to stay near the sea.
Negative: There is a construction site nearby, so on weekdays it can be noisy during the day, although it didn’t really disturb us since we usually spent that time at the beach. Time to time we had to keep the toilet lid closed, otherwise there was a slight sewage smell. Also, one of the bedrooms did not have a wardrobe, which was a bit inconvenient. And although we stayed for quite a long time (9 nights), the apartment was not cleaned during our stay, so we had to take care of it ourselves.
Summary: We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment
