5 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, Parking and Pool

Located at the heart of the City of Merida , walking distance to the main spots . From the 5 bedrooms with en suite , 3 are downstairs and 2 on the first floor as well as the TV room .The terraces are fresh and overlook the garden and pool .l
The house has on the first floor a king size bed , and a 2 single beds all with their en-suite .On the ground floor ,there is a King size bed bedroom,and two single bed one plus a double bed room with their ensuite. This one is nearby the kitchen and dinning area.
The terrace ,garden and swimming pool are at the back of the house in a beautiful surrounding.
The house is located near to many attractions,2 blocks walking to Montejo Avenue and walking distance to downtown.
Cleaning is done before and after the use of the house,though if you are in need of an extra one while you are there it can be organised . The price shown is for 6 guest . Above it will there will be a charge of 30 usd per petson per night . The house is suitable for adults as well as babies until age 2 . Wifi works all over the house and garden . Password is on dinning room . As electricity in Merida is extremely expensive , included in the price if the rent are 25 Kilowatts per day . Above this there will be a charge of 3 pesos per.kilowatt to be paid at check out . This is also done to avoid tenants to leave a/c when leaving the premises daily. Price per night 195 pounds per night . There is a 10% dicount if guest stay a month .

Summary: Our family of 5, including 3 adult children, had a wonderful time at this spacious, well-located VRBO. There was ample room for all of us to spread out. All amenities were fully stocked, and the pool was a welcome reprieve in the heat. The property manager, Ana, welcomed us and gave us all the information we needed for the property. She continued to give us suggestions and advice throughout the week, which was very helpful. We recommend this property to larger groups/families, as a peaceful space within the city, close to Calle 47 and Paseo Montejo. Thanks for a great stay!
