This condo at the Ilikai Marina is located on the 3rd floor. For those of you that don't like high floors and like to feel close to the ground overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean and marina. You'll be able to wake up to the beautiful and calming view of the ocean and relax as the sun sets over the yacht harbor. If you're looking for a convenient location, 180-degree ocean views, and a fully furnished apartment, search no further, you've found your home away from home.

Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi, and phone service for the USA and Canada.
We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We are delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services available for an additional fee.
BUILDING AMENITIES
Shared laundry facilities are located on the 8th floor, with payment available via an app or credit card. A trash chute is conveniently situated at the end of the hallway. The property provides 24/7 security for your peace of mind. Please note, this building does not have a pool, nor is there access to one at another location.
Parking is available in the building for $33 per day (*rates subject to change), and metered street parking is available along the harbor for $1 per hour.
Routine pest control and maintenance are occasionally scheduled by building management. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the unit and on the lanai.

Summary: Beautiful location, the only issue I had was the noise from the streets. I am a light sleeper, despite being on 3rd floor, noise was loud. Other than that everything was good. Kelli made sure all my requests were done. Close to mall and stores. I will definitely stay here but choose higher level.
