Summary: Amazing location right in the heart of Nottingham but set back so you don't realise it. Both members of staff we met were really friendly and welcoming. We had a very clean clean family room with ensuite which was very comfortable - it overlooked the courtyard which could cause noise issues if got busy. In the bigger rooms, you are separated from the access to communal areas. Although a flask is provided in the porchway for hot water (along with teabags and coffee etc) the water wasn't particularly hot and you have to ring a door bell for another building to access the kitchen facilities and courtyard.
