A newly renovated three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home with a private heated pool and outdoor shower. This home sleeps up to 6 guests, featuring two Tempur-Pedic King Beds and two Twin Beds.
This home has been designed with comfort in mind, offering large windows for natural sunlight and plenty of space to spread out. High-speed Internet, a large Flatscreen Roku TV, and Sonos indoor and outdoor speakers are available for your at-home enjoyment. The Neighborhood:
Hyde Park is a centrally located, historic district loved by locals and visitors alike. Bayshore Boulevard is right outside your doorstep, known as one of the longest continuous sidewalks in the United States! Bayshore Boulevard is 4.5 miles of scenic views and outdoor exercise equipment paralleling Tampa Bay. Hyde Park Village is an outdoor shopping mall just a 5-minute walk away with dining, shopping and various pop-up events! A variety of parks, Downtown Tampa and the Tampa International Airport are all a 10-minute drive away or less!
Some of our teams' favorite nearby hotspots include Armature Works, Tampa Riverwalk, Sparkman Wharf, Hyde Park Village, SoHo District, Ybor City & Downtown Tampa!
Getting Around:
Hyde Park is a very walkable neighborhood but there are self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking and pay-by-app parking.
Other Things to Note:
- Pool Info: The pool company will enter the pool area to clean and treat the pool on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Please be aware that guests will be responsible for cleaning debris out of the pool between pool days, we have a provided pool net available for your use. Pool Towels are also provided and located on the console table in the dining area. Additionally, the pool itself does not have lights but there is plenty of outdoor lighting around the pool and along the fence set to turn on every night via a timer.
- Door Locks: The side exterior facing doors lock and unlock by lifting the handle UP and turning the lock simultaneously.
- Trash Info: Trash days are on Tuesday and Friday. Trash cans are located in the driveway along the side of the home.
- The fireplace is NOT functional or available for guests to use.
- We do not allow smoking inside our home. All reservations are subject to being charged a smoking fee if you or your guests choose to smoke inside.
- Private washer/dryer
- PETS: We are pet-friendly and allow up to two pets. Our pet fee is $15/night, charged after the reservation is booked. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees. You must notify us if you are bringing an animal!

Summary: Our stay had its ups and downs. The location is undeniably fantastic, walking distance to Hyde Park and down town Tampa and one property off Bay Shore BLVD. The young staff was appeared eager to assist. However, there were several disappointments that tempered our experience, especially given the premium price (we have pictures of the mentioned issues but haven't figured out how to upload yet). It is important and fair to note, Debby coming through mid-stay did not help. Upon arrival, we found dead bugs in several rooms, which was an unsettling start. The living room's accessory blankets had stains and a door handle fell off the first time we used it—an easy fix, but we didn’t have the right tools on hand. The pool was another point of frustration. It was no clearer than the bay water when we arrived, and although it was addressed quickly, it took nearly a week to clear up, which limited our ability to enjoy it. Lastly, the mosquito problem was significant, particularly around the pool in the mornings and evenings, making it virtually unusable during those times. Laying out and relaxing by the pool just wasn’t an option. Overall, while the staff’s efforts were appreciated, the combination of these issues left us feeling underwhelmed given the cost. None of the problems seemed malicious, but they did impact our overall enjoyment of the property and overall vacation.
