On the ground floor there are furthermore 2 bathrooms (one with shower toilet, one with bathtub/toilet), double bedroom with direct access to the garden and a second bedroom with 2 single beds or double bed (as you prefer). The first floor can be reached through indoor and outdoor stairs. On this floor there are the kitchen-dining room, 2 bathrooms (one with shower/toilet, one with bathtub/toilet), bedroom with doube bed, small bedroom with double bed (the bathroom with shower/toilet is en-suite this room) and a bedroom with two single beds. Shops are available in the town of Lucignano (6 Kms from the house). Lucignano, 414 above the see level, is a small town that represents one of the more extraordinary examples of medieval urban planning for its system of elliptic rings arrived intact over the centuries. There are 6/8 different restaurants in the historical center of the town. The nearest restaurant is at 2,5 kms from the property “Ristorante Pizzeria Scroccazucche”. There are a couple of large supermarkets near Sinalunga, 11 kms from the property. The COOP one at the shopping center "I Gelsi" is sometimes also on Sunday open. There is a large outlet & shopping center at 15 kms near the highway exit (Outlet village Valdichiana). Open markets: Tuesday in Sinalunga and Thursday in Lucignano. There is a 9 holes (par 34) golf course 12 kms far away near Bettolle. From the property in only 15 minutes driving you are on the highway Rome-Florence and in only 10 minutes on the speedway Siena-Perugia. There is a trainstation available in Sinalunga, the train brings you in around 2 hours in Rome and Florence.
