Positive: Marco provided us with some typical snacks upon arrival. We saved some for breakfast. They were wonderful and certainly unexpected. Marco also kept in constant contact and was waiting for us upon our arrival with the keys. Checking out was just as easy.
Negative: Nothing really. At first we were concerned that the living area would not be cool enough as the air conditioners are in the bedrooms. However, it was never too hot and the air conditioners provided more than sufficient air. It was HOT in Palermo the week we were there, but the apartment was cool!
