Welcome to the newly updated "Beachin' Good Time" boasting a relaxed coastal vibe. If you have stayed here in the past, you'll be sure to love it even more now. This great property is located in the desirable Sand Point neighborhood, has uncompromised Gulf views and is located steps from the beach. Beachin' Good Time is just minutes away on a golf cart from the shops, restaurants and nightlife in Port A.
The owners have taken your total comfort and enjoyment into account and continue to add more amenities all the time! Relaxation starts on the second-floor deck overlooking the coast with new poly-wood chairs and a table to enjoy a drink or two while soaking in the coastal breeze and ocean air.
The kitchen is well equipped with 2 new refrigerators and 2 new dishwashers along with new cookware, dishes and glassware. You will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable including a Keurig and a stand-alone coffee maker. Other items included for families are children's plates, cups, silverware and a booster seat for your convenience.
The four bedrooms each have new memory foam mattresses, blackout curtains and will sleep up to 12 adults (plus all the kids). Each bedroom has a sizable TV with cable and/or smart TV features and access to their own bathroom allowing three families to easily be under one roof!
As you enter the first floor you will find the elevator (available for use with a refundable deposit), laundry room and a spacious bunk room. The bunk room has 2 full over full bunk beds each with a pullout twin trundle and a private attached bathroom. The back door off this bedroom leads to a wonderful, covered patio area complete with your choice of charcoal grills for bbq-ing. One smaller Weber grill and a larger pit for those bigger family gatherings! There is plenty of space for friends and family as well as an outdoor shower on the right side of the house to rinse off the sand.
Head on up to the second floor where you will find a bedroom with a Queen size bed with an attached private bathroom and a second bedroom with a King size bed and an attached bathroom. On this level you find the large kitchen, living and dining room combo complete with sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico through the large windows.
Continue upstairs to the third level where you find the large main suite complete with a king size bed, attached private bathroom and an oversized chair that pulls out to a twin-size bed. There is a pack-n-play and toddler cot along with many board books and children's books in the closet. The views of the gulf through the picture windows in this room are breathtaking. We think this is a perfect retreat for a family with little ones.
Beachin' Good Time is very baby and family friendly and has been stocked with lots of awesome games for kids and adults, books for the whole family including board books for the younger ones.
Parking limited and NO Trailers or RV's are allowed per HOA.
