Positive: The hot tub was amazing, there was plenty of room for our family, unfortunately weather wasn't in our favor but we made the most of it. The water pressure is fantastic in the upstairs shower. Plenty of yard space for the kids to play and in a great quiet neighborhood. Quick to drive to so many places, but nothing in walking distance. There are many boardgames and books to read. There are some toys and an octagon gate we were able to use from the basement which has a fooseball table and couch, great for rainy days.
Negative: There are no take out menus or suggestions of places to visit at the home, so we had to drive around collecting some. The TV has no instructions and there's multiple remotes so that was a little confusing. Also there was no grill cleaning brush or grilling utensils. Neighbors are really close and if window shades aren't closed they can see into bathrooms and bedrooms.
Summary: Centrally located to access all of the Cape towns in under an hour
