Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: This was a nice place to stay. Feels independently-owned and you can tell the owners care about the place and how their guests feel. Beds were spacious and wide, whereas most other capsule hotels in Japan have narrow beds. WiFi was good, and bed had 3 outlets (I believe). Location is just a few minutes walk from the station. There’s some coin laundries within like 3-5 minutes walking distance. Apparently there’s a cheaper one but I ended up going to the more expensive one (1200-1800 yen for wash/dry depending on load size), which I didn’t mind since it took credit card and was across the street from the mall, where you can get food. There were two shower stalls and two toilets, which is enough for just 6 total possible guests in the same room.

Negative: - The immediate surrounding area is pretty boring. There’s a pretty nice, quaint mall near the station, but that’s about it. - I didn’t have a problem with it, but you can hear trains passing by, which may affect those sensitive to noise.
